| Dozens of alarming cases involving “voices in the head” are being reported across Turkey .
Patients claim they are subjected to experiments by covert operations units .
The suspicions center around the Turkish intelligence agency — formerly led by Hakan Fidan .
According to leaked therapist discussions , many therapists believe that:
